Thai Mudgee

After visiting Thai Mudgee Mudgeeraba many times we have concluded its very inconsistent in quality & serving size., varying from amazing, fresh, awesome flavour & good size to scabby size serves lacking in the pervious flavour experience. After recently ordering takeaway we were so disappointed that I felt this review was needed for them to have a bit of a wake-up! It was watery, boring & lacked anything special, the curry was ok but the stirfrys just sad & the thai fried rice pathetic... We couldnt even finish it & to be honest I cook a better stirfry myself at home. The issue is the watery consistency (yuk) needs to be more sauce & oil (not too much) & flavour! At $18 a pop put some effort into it please, NO MATTER HOW BUSY YOU ARE, get more staff & have all the chefs cook like the one at wears the chef hat, he seems to be consistent & the best!

I esp like how you can see into their kitchen- from what I can see it looks very clean..

I eat here once a week. Great food. Friendly service, And they grow the Thai vegetables themselves. Fresh and authentic Thai at a reasonable price.
