Thai Orchid

There are better, less overpriced and more authentic Thai restaurants in the area, in my opinion. The taste seems fairly watered down, and the curries lack kick. However, as we went on a week night, it was not busy and the service was quick and attentive.

JUST GOT BACK FROM THE RESTAURANT AND I AM FUMING! THE STAFF SHOUTED AT US AND SWORE AT US FOR AN ERROR THEY MADE ON THE BILL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING AND THERE ARE BETTER THAI PLACES IN PERTH. TRY THE ONE AT BURSWOOD CASINO! NEVER AGAIN...

Could this be the best Thai Restaurant in Perth? I think so!

I was left the responsibility if choosing the venue for our "pre-saturday night partying" dinner. I'm so stoked that I took a chance on this little gem of a restaurant and all 5 of us were really impressed!

The restaurant itself is small but busy and with plenty of ambience. The waitstaff are attentive without hovering, and the foooood (there is a reason it is a golden plate winner!) - the food is spectacular, fresh ingredients, full of flavour, generous in portion size and very reasonably priced. I had the chilli basil tofu and it was to die for. Each of us were very happy with our meal and there were clean plates all around. The venue is also BYO which is a big plus.

Will I go back? I'm Actually contemplating the drive over there now for some takeaway, so yes. Yes. Yes!
