They have great pad Thai noddles

I recently went to have dinner at Thai splendid with a group of 6. We just wanted a quick casual dinner before seeing a movie next door. Service was ok, nothing great but wouldnt complain either. I ordered the pad seew and banana crepes (they look exactly like the picture in the menu) and was very happy with my meal in both presentation, flavour and meal size. The only negative was that all the meals came out at different times. My meal arrived first so i had nearly finished as the last meal was brought over

I agree with fellow reviewer Carol, this place WAS atrocious when it opened. They also mixed up my order and it took forever to come. BUT after giving it another chance, and another chance I have found it to be a great place for lunch. It might not compete if it found itself on King Street Newtown, but if you find yourself in the Fair and want something better than the average mall food - Thai Splendid is for you. Loving the Satay Chicken into Seafood Tom Yum Fried Rice my special.

Service was slow had to reorder twice as they got everything mixed up...we had a meal taken off our table 15 Mins after being delivered as it was wrong order.Was very expensive
