The staff was very nice but the service they offered unfortunately was not. I had a eyebrow and eyelash tint and eyebrow threading. Leaving the salon i had a big dark patch on my cheekbone from the tint plus dark circles under both my eyes from the eyelast tint. I understand these things happen but i didn't expect to leave the salon like a panda bear. Unfortunately i won't be going back due to this.
I came to this salon because it seemed organic and had a special on the vegan facials - being a customised facial I thought you got to choose the essential oils used, but you didn't. That was okay with me but it would be nice to make this clear so people know. I went into a room, the lights were turned off upon starting and the ambience meant to be relaxing. It would have been, but the steamer was incredibly hot and it was hard to breathe literally. The lady did move it away and ask if it was too hot but I also had to ask her to move out. The steamer kept being a discomfort when it was used throughout the experience. I was asked if I was allergic to the oils, but to be honest, it was hard to know what exactly was going on your face. You can hear the lady occasionally splash water to I'm assuming, wet her hands and clean them perhaps for the next oil/cream going on.
