These guys are amazing. I've used these guys a few times from minor Electricsl work, to major works. Each time the team have arrived exactly on time (a rarity for Trades), they've always gone over and above the call of duty to make sure everything is perfect. They arrive with a smile and great attitude and no matter how tricky or tedious the job is, their friendliness is always there. What frustrates me the most with tradies is when they huff and puff and tell you how difficult the job is- the boys at That's Electical just get on with the job. They clean up after themselves too.
Overall I would say they offer on time, exceptional service with a smile. I highly recommend That's Electrical.
Working in property I have had dealings with many tradespeople, Dane and his team are reliable, trustworthy and honest in their approach to how they deal with their customers - this is very refreshing and I would highly recommend Dane and his team for residential maintenance jobs, high end renovation design and for strata managed buildings.
Dane from That's Electrical recently replaced nearly all powerpoints, light switches and light fittings as well as replacing some fans and installing new ceiling fans and security lights. I am renovating my house and am very impressed with Dane's work ethic and attention to detail. The end result has modernised my house and enhanced its appeal.
Coming from the Property Industry I use multiple tradesmen for commercial and residential jobs. The boys at That's Electrical are a breath of fresh air! Polite, well spoken, honest and get the job done perfectly - they defiantly stand out compared to other Tradies for the right reasons.
I have no problem with recommending Jonothan and Dane, I have replaced multiple contractors with these boys and have been exceptionally happy ever since.
I've used the Thats Electrical boys several times over the past 18 months and found them genuinely nice people, honest and hardworking.
They've done a great job on the electrical work to replace light fittings, install power points and fix faulty fixtures etc. They've also been extremely reliable and kept to their word on days when they said they'd come and prices. In my experience ( I've completely renovated my house before) this is hard to come by in tradesmen!
I've been really happy with their service and would recommend them to others.
