Thats Me Photography and Cinema / VideoPhotography is one of those hidden passions , some things never leave you. 12 years ago now I started my journey into Wedding Photography . I have always loved taking photos, I attended a friends wedding with a new camera that Leigh bought me I thought I could take a few candid s , their photographer ran out of film so I didn�t mind getting a few shots for them to help out. I guess it was the turning point the rest is history.

My Mum bought us a Portrait package for Christmas and we had the shoot over the January holiday. We just got our wall mounts delivered. I am just amazed how good they look on our wall. Paula suggested 2 big mounts instead of more smaller ones and I am so happy with her advice. They look awesome!!! Will be in touch...
We highly recommend Paula. Paula did our portraits just before Christmas. She came recommended by friends who used Paula for their wedding photos. We booked Paula & Leigh after a recommendation from a friend- but I also did extensive research. They couldn't be more nice and accommodating if they tried- and their impeccable service, attention to detail and warm approach is the reason why we've continued to have all of our special moments captured by them.

WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN SHOCKING PHOTOGRAPHER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was disgusted with That's Me Photography. Photos of our newborn baby and toddler were taken in April and it took until September to get our photos. I paid for digital images, after 6 discs, yes that's right it took 6 discs and over 6 months of me having to continually follow up. The 1st disc was only edited with blurred edges - I can do this on my Mac. The 2nd was completely unedited, the 3rd partially edited, the 4th were low resolution and couldn't even be printed in wallet size, the 5th was a disc with 72 images - we only chose 16 shots but it was every single version since disc 1 and an instruction for me to go through them and work out what was what - I thought this was what I had paid a so called professional photographer to do! After being in in business for nearly 10 years, serving 1000's of clients, hundreds of happy customers every year, 2 years ago not only being a member of the AIPP at the time... but on a council for it.... Thats Me Photogrpahy just turned around and decided to do everything as claimed in the above review?
What purpose would this serve?

Just like to add that everything I have stated is 100% factual and true. I have copies both electronic and paper of every email exchange - numerous. I have also retained text messages and voice mail messages.
I retained these. I made a formal complaint to AIPP and was advised that they were not members and were therefore unable to assist me and suggested I take legal action. However at the time of making the complaint which was 6 or more months after the photo session they were still advertising they were AIPP members.
It was an extremely disappointing experience and a lesson learnt to fully check all qualifications with the governing body prior to using any service in the future.
Paula & Leigh were our photographer and videographer at our wedding in May 2008 and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
They took amazing photos and footage of our special day and we will certainly have many stories to tell forever with our everlasting memories from the day.
