Worst customer service I\'ve experienced in some time.

Discussed my requirements over the phone arrived at the centre only to further discuss and then be told that I should go with a new exhaust system instead. Left with the promise of a phone call when the part had arrived. No phone call for over 2wks. Rang them to check only to be told that they though I was going to ring them to confirm. Another call a few days later to check the engine size of my car. Received call that part had arrived and booked in for work.
