I don't normally name and shame businesses however this is becoming a problem that perhaps only making it public will solve.
I left behind a pair of expensive earings in my haste to catch an early flight in October 2016. Luckily the owners found them and would return them. I of course arranged postal expenses. After several weeks I called back to be told 'they had been lost'. They said they would search again and contact me back. I never heard back. After a few more weeks i contacted them yet again to be told they had lost them and would replace them. I sent through details of the item for replacement. I was understanding that something was misplaced but they were trying to solve their mistake. Several more months pased and i followed up yet again.
