Please save your money! I spent THOUSANDS on hair removal, I was told by the owner and a staff member process would take 6 possibly 8 treatments at $330, after each treatment all hair would fall out and by the time of next treatment at 8 was later the new growth would be through. First treatment NOTHING not a single hair gone, rang and was asked what the test patch showed during consult.... first indication all was not right they hadn’t done one. Went back in NOTHING. Try 3 different laser and small result... after TEN SESSIONS I was told laser hair removal wasn’t total removal it was hair reduction?! What I was promised total removal! I was also told another 6 to 8 treatments were required. I cut my losses and have ended up looking an utter mess. Get a patch test, get it in writing (my mistake) better still try some where else, anywhere but here!

I just was so happy with their down to earth understanding of my problem. I was quite anxious but their lovely receptionist made me feel absolutely at home. Christine was marvellous, so generous with her time and so much better value than I had previously experienced
