The Alchemist Espresso

The Alchemist Espresso in Cammeray has been one of my favourite discoveries of 2017 for their coffee. Having had a number of coffees there, I can safely say that they do some of the best coffee in all of Sydney. Using Gabriel for their coffee, there's a great robust flavour, but without too much acidity. Their pour over coffee is excellent as well. Each cup has been smooth and refined and depending on the beans each have their own characteristics that are instantly recognisable. On the food front, there's a host of choices as well. From bowls of granola goodness to magnificant sandwiches. The roast beef is pretty much perfect. It's a hidden gem and worth the drive to the lower north shore!

Thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and light lunch here. There's communal table or smaller tables both inside and outside. The coffee was hot and service was friendly.
