I have personally never been so appalled with a company!!!
This company is very quick to take your money but are rude, arrogant people that have no respect nor intelligence! It took me 4calls to the company when I believed there was a fault with my recently installed antenna and was told that "the technician is obviously too busy to call you so just wait". He then called 2weeks later and informed that he is too busy with other clients and couldn't come to my home for at least 4weeks. He came over (after speaking over the phone in a rude UNPROFESSIONAL manner) and demanded $10-$20 cash for a service call.
