The Athlete's Foot

Worst experience ever by the owner of this store and extremely rude.I have been coming to this place for a few years now, I decided to go in one day to ask about a fault in a pair of shoes I recently purchased. The owner did not want to know about it. He was trying to tell me that the shoes were old and worn out. After proving him wrong when I told him to check my purchase history on the clubfit members records, all he said he would do was send the shoes to mister minit for repairs. I then mentioned one of his employees had earlier explained to me on the phone to bring the shoes back in and they would send them to Asics under the returns policy. He made me feel so upset because he was yelling and raising his voice in anger. Another customer was left shaking her head in disgust and walked out. I will never come back to this store again. Beware of the owner.

The staff members in this store are the most helpful ever, they are all very knowledgeable. The shop is rather large which means the range of product is also pretty decent.

Too expensive here. I found the same shoes cheaper at other stores. Same level of service. The computer scanner they use at this store isn't a medical imaging device. The management has tried to sell me the expensive of two pairs of shoes every time I go there saying it's because one was better.

While it's true that they appear to know what they're talking about here, you pay dearly for the expertise. Shoes that could be bought for $100 cheaper elsewhere can be found here should you wish to pay for it. Friendly staff, but a look and chat for me was enough to choose to go elsewhere and pay less for the same product.

As a New Year's Resolution, I decided to enter City 2 Surf a couple of years ago. Not having the proper footwear, I decided to check out The Athlete's Foot as their foot scanning technology had always intigued me.

The person I spoke to was more than helpful. He was a marathon runner himself and offered great insight to the right footwear I needed.

He began by testing my foot pressure on their special device and then suggested some shoes based on the results.
