The Athlete's Foot

I visited Athlete Foot shop in Rundle Mall because my left foot was hurting due to mild Achilles tendinitis and needed another pair of comfy shoes. Visited shop and the man who served me was very rude and pulled the shoe from foot( hurting one). Want to know where we come from and didn't want to show us any shoes, said go to a cheaper shop and buy because our shoes are starting from 200 onwards. I never said I am not in a position to afford that or neither was I bargaining. My husband got very upset and said we will leave. Lady next to me was shocked the way sales man treated me, shook her head. It was very disappointing and I don't think my stay in Melbourne since 1994 any sales man has treated me like that.

Friendly and helpful staff and seems to have good knowledge about the shoes (I was picking). The prices were slightly higher though than what was in Rebel sport or Amart even for old stock, pity they don't price match.

Very knowledgeable staff and are very helpful in finding the best shoes suited to your feet.



Good range of joggers, basketball shoes / boots, casual footwear and a great range for both men and women.



Prices are often a touch higher than some more bargain outlet stores, however the range is always up to date and the staff probably make up for it over having some untrained person give you poor advice.
