Mark and his team have worked on three different cars of mine. First was my 2009 BMW 530i. I blew the head gasket, and he got genuine parts and the repairs were done to perfection and better than other mechanics. He also provided me a with a car I could drive for work. He also fixed the front bottom end after I fit a gutter at speed. Again, he did a great job and used genuine BMW parts. Second car he has done services to is my Yaris and the price has been what many others would charge. I am now taking my new car I bought a 2011 Audi A3 to him on Wednesday 28/08/2024. I want him to service the car and check the whole car over for any mechanical issues. They are always busy, and bookings are required. If Mark or the team were not good mechanics, then they wouldn’t be so busy.
I took my car to Autodoc 3 times for the same problem, mostly because they didn't have time to work on it so I had to repeatedly come back and leave it another day. In the end, they didn't actually repair the problem. My car had a major mechanical event (broke down) far from home and had to leave it with a mechanic local to the area. Weeks afterward, I finally got it back and it ran better than ever. It demonstrated to me how well my car could run after meaningful work. I am sorry to say that I will not be returning my car to Autodoc.
Who is this person? No details available to deal with any issues.

Paid for work but not carried out. Droped car off for inspection was told 15min wait so went to restaurant and had lunch. Car not touched till 20min later, zero inspection done, and only driven 5 metres from one parking spot to another. Never knew we were watching and played it cool when we walked back over to pay.
I find you're story a bit unbelievable. Doesn't NSW require emissions tests? If so, they would have had to hook your car up to their little machine to give your car an okay. Besides that I find it hard to believe you would "play it cool" and pay for a service that insures you're safety (and that of everyone else)
when you didn't think it had been carried out. A bid irresponsible.
