The Baby Shop

I have been dealing with this business for over 3 years since the birth of my first child. They are honest with their advice - even if it costs them the sale! Their prices are more than fair and I found that they have always been cheaper than other baby shops for cots, prams, high chairs and accessories.



I agree that the door is locked when you arrive, however, I am sure this is done for security purposes as they are a small family business. Regarding their customer service, I find them friendly and better to deal with than many salespeople from the larger baby shops.



We had one issue with a cot where the stain was not even and they replaced it without question. They also installed my car seats which provided us with piece of mind that they were installed correctly and that our children would be safe. They did not charge us for installing the car seats.



Top marks from me and I highly recommend them.

Dodgy ..... First off they have the front door locked when arive you have to ring a door bell to be let in (does this mean you are locked in once inside? ) Secondly once you are inside you are greeted by a staff member who has no customer service skills and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable being in the store. I stayed a matter of 30 seconds that was enough to be put off every shopping here.
