The Backloading Company

The Backloading Company moved us from Darwin to Brisbane. We were very pleased with the service and thought the removalists did exceptionally well considering the amount of furniture we had to move. All our goods arrived on time and nothing was broken. Well Done!! The backloading Company did us a massive favour during our move as the time frame from which we need our furniture delivered need to be delayed and they were happy to provide storage for 2 weeks until it was all sorted. Great company and would recommend them to anyone needing an interstate backload from Darwin to Brisbane.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Poor communication, rude, slow to respond and the driver that picked up our belongings said to "expect things to go missing and be broken" which did eventuate.

My experience with this company is almost identical to the previous review. Absolutely terrible!! My stuff arrived almost 4 weeks after being told it would only take 3 days. There is some serious mis communication between the office staffs, and management . The rude office staff couldn't tell me when my stuff would arrive, nor did they call to let me know when it would. On top of all this, they wouldn't let me take my stuff from their warehouse unless I paid an extra 'access fee' of $150.

Completely useless!! Don't bother with these people.

No communication at all from rude staff who seem to have no idea what is happening. My goods have now been in transit for 3 weeks and it is left to me to call and find out what is happening when the goods don't show up as promised. No phone calls at all from this company and don't expect a call back when they say they will, I have never gotten a call back. Then they have the gall to express to me rudely on the phone that they can't understand the problem as their driver left me a non-existent message! Your lack of service is not my problem, it is your problem. The level of service I have received is appalling. At the present time, I still do not have my goods nor am I holding my breath for them to turn up. I have done an interstate move before with another backloading company and my goods arrived within 8 days as promised. Now it has been 3 weeks with no communication at all.
