The Bao Bros

The Bao Bros has become a popular dish since its open. Other places are doing similar things. I first came across these types of buns in London, and when The Bao Bros opened i had to go and try it as i remember the one i had in London was so tasty. It was a pork bun. The bun burger is a soft and fluffy dough that is used for pork buns but instead they are using it to make mini vietnamese burgers with fillings like peking duck, roast duck, roast pork and other flavours. its a really good mix and the bun is different and everything together just tastes great. Totally recommend as its just a great snack (can have like 3) to have in the tummy.
