I've been bringing my two malt x shihtzus to Jenny for almost 3 years now and she's been fantastic. Every time my pups come out with their tails wagging and their groom is consistently good every time. You can tell she really loves dogs and apparently my dogs know this too since I can't even walk past the shop without them trying to pull me in!
I so wish there is a zero star rating because this shop does not deserve even a single star. My german shepherd puppy went and all they had was complaining that he was not cooperative. Very poor service. I had to use a grooming brush after coming from the salon. Price is expensive and the service is bad

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the groom Astro received on 22 September last year. Given that Astro is a semi-long haired German Shepherd, shedding will always be an issue especially when professional grooming is infrequent. It is not something can be magically fixed on a single visit to a grooming salon as was the case here. Astro was booked at the salon for a bath, blow dry and brush only – not a de-moult which is different service. If Astro was to get on to a regular schedule, the amount of shedding would be drastically reduced, however it is impossible to stop a shedding breed from shedding as this process is essential for coat health and growth. If you would be interested in getting Astro on a regular grooming schedule to help reduce the shedding, I’d be happy to advise you on what would be the best service to book in the future to more closely achieve the result you want.
