The best Yoga studio, love the teachers so easy going and fun also it offers good physical workout and relaxation at the same time. Great environment, welcoming and great sense of community

Not the greatest studio. Hard to learn from teacher that cant do much themselves

Yogaplus has been a part of my life for the past 7 years. It began initially for physical exercise but is so much more now thanks to the teaching of the brilliant staff there. Yoga has become a way of life. What I learn and feel on the mat is transferred to my daily life and has helped me develop as an individual both physically, mentally and spiritually. Yogaplus is always there for me when I need it thanks to their huge range of classes. Whether you want to build up a sweat in a vinyasa practise or check out for an hour in restorative, there's something there for everyone.

I decided to try Yoga Plus after a few years away from Yoga and could not have received a warmer or more genuine welcome. The studio has a wonderful energy and I always look forward to my classes. Andi has a beautiful, warm, encouraging and playful attitude to teaching and I felt at ease in the studio immediately. There is a wide range of class types and I'd encourage anyone to give them all a try to find the right ones for you. No matter what your body can or can't currently do it's ok, and there are lots of options given, and suggestions for using props to help you become comfortable to enable you to relax and ease into a pose to gain maximum benefit. My hubby is currently trying the classes, first foray into Yoga, and is hooked!

When I arrived in Berwick, I looked around where I could continue to practice yoga.
YOGA PLUS is the best in the area! The studio is light and pleasant with its nice timber floor. The teachers are great, friendly and dedicated to their students. Everybody is different, so no ego, no competition, no judgement, just props for those who need them and a lot of laughs and giggles! Last Saturday workshop was absolutely fantastic. I absolutely recommend YOGA PLUS.
