The Basin Free Range and Grass Fed Meats

I would be very wary, as out of the three things I purchased.. the chicken coconut and coriander sausages smelt so off that I had to throw them away. When I rang Russell first thing the next morning to let him know, he jumped straight on the defence and said I was wrong to throw them away because now he has nothing to assess. As far as I could see, there was nothing for him to assess, except to assure that the standard of his produce is up to scratch. I simply requested for him to check the rest of the batch which he said was still sitting in his cabinet for sale. I thought he'd perhaps be more grateful that I was being extremely reasonable given the circumstance. I won't be using this butcher again which is such a shame. I'm certainly not in the business of ripping off my local butcher nor am I going to risk poisoning my family.

this is such a nice place to go and purchase from. the service is outstanding and the people running it really gives it a 'country town' feel. the products are high quality and overall, an excellent business.
