I was very disappointed with the spray tan I received in November 2007. The tan was so blotchy and uneven that I couldn't wear the dress I had bought especially for the Hawkesbury Fire Ball. I sent photos to The Beauty Shack and when I spoke to them on the phone, they didn't even offer me a refund, let alone a compensatory beauty treatment. The wax job I received was reasonable, but there were smeary bits of wax stuff left on my legs which also contributed to the blotchy look of the spray tan and were hard to remove. My eyelash tint was fine and the nail polish was OK. Only Ok - part of my nail, which had been previously damaged peeled off. Perhaps they should have glued the flap down before painting the polish on. I think they were overbooked hence in a hurry.
