My experience is not a positive one unfortunately. I rang today about 1:30pm to buy a gift voucher for a 1 hour pregnancy massage for my friend for her 30th birthday. I explained in my phone message that I needed to ask some questions and I needed the voucher sent by mail today, so I could give it to my friend on the weekend in a card so could they just give me a quick call back. I waited a few hours and by 3:30 when I didn't get a call back, I sent a text message asking them to call me back so i could purchase, because the voucher had to be sent this afternoon. All I got was a text message saying they don't take calls when with clients and that I could buy the voucher online. My recollection of your repeated phone calls and demands that I return your call IMMEDIATELY are vastly different to what you portrayed in your comment above.
The situation is this: when i am with a client, they come first. No matter what. I do not answer the phone, nor do i open the reception door, as the time with a client is sacred to them. You would expect the same no doubt if you were on my table.
I was already fully booked with clients that day, and I replied to you with an automated text message when your call(s) came through.
I then saw your many messages and missed calls and I replied by text between clients. The reason I couldnt call you was that I had completely lost my voice - as you will remember when I finally called you to actually help you understand why I couldnt "talk" to you!
I am only one person, and I understand that you wanted something "when you wanted it". Perhaps next time when dealing with people in small business you will understand that we cant all cater to you every demand.
I read your other negative comments, it would seem that you could benefit from some internal work and see why you are so demanding with everyone around you?
Next time you could plan ahead rather than leave your gift buying to the last minute? OR you could enjoy my service of emailing vouchers - which has proven to be very helpful to hundreds of my clients who leave things to the last minute.
