A cheery hello we have been purchasing bird seed and laying mash for ages from the store the store is well stocked the owners and staff excellent and very polite and friendly they take what we purchase out to our car and put it into the boot. We have never had a complant the store is one we will stay loyal to as long as we live they well deserve 5 stars.
I bought a '5 year-old female' Superb Parrot from this store. 6 months later 'she' moulted from her juvenile plumage into a male! I paid $200 for her and travelled from Brisbane to get her. When I phoned up the store, I spoke to the staff who denied what had happened. They said 'Oh we have never had a bird that old here!'. After I absolutely insisted I bought her from their store they have offered to put me on a waiting list. I really do hope that they come through with a female this time! It was not only an inconvenience, but also a waste of a breeding season.
