BLIND FELL OFF AND INTO BABY'S COT! Fortunately, there was no baby in the cot at the time, though we are still traumatised by the image and what could have been. Absolutely shocking service and product. The defective blind was also the wrong size (too small). When they tried to come over to replace and install the new blind, they stuffed it up again! This time, instead of the ordering the shade, they mistakenly ordered the block-out. Still waiting for the situation to be rectified. Please go somewhere else, avoid The Blind Factory at all cost.
I ordered a blind 7 weeks ago and still don't have it.They said it would take 3-4 weeks.The installer was supposed to come last Wednesday and I came home especially only to get an msg one and half hours later to say he wasn't coming.I have emailed the Blind Factory twice, as they don't return phone calls and have not heard anything since.
Do not order from this company
Firstly, the rep that came out to do the quote had no clue about colours or anything of that nature. The rep was cold, rude and a complete waste of time. No customer service whatsoever! Scribbled some numbers on the quote, made it very confusing and they were extremely expensive. There are a lot of independents out there, that will bend over backwards to give a good price and great customer service. Will never recommend the blind factory to anyone!
