Worst experience. I was once a regular customer but will never go back. After booking online I received the confirmation email and went to my appointment. Ryan started washing my hair and then another lady walked in and said her appointment was at 12 too. While I appreciate the fact he apologised, he rushed me out of the basin and left me with soaking wet hair, dripping down my back and said the other customer was the one with the booking. Embarrassed to say the least.
Go figure...

Not great. I have longish hair and the wash was so rough they knotted up all my hair (should always wash 'under' the hair with long hair, ie, the scalp - not over the top into a birds nest!) then spent about 10 painful minutes trying to comb it. Blowdry average and everyone seemed to be looking around and would rather doing other things. Won't be back.
I had my hair done for a function a few weeks back as i couldn't get into my regular hairdresser and the service was awful! My hair was pulled so much and the brushes were getting caught in my hair! When i went to complain the manager was so rude about it he didn't even seem to take on board what i was saying. This was the worst experience and wouldn't recommend the service to anyone!
