Had the worst treatment as a customer today in my whole entire life from this place today! They incorrectly charged the wrong account on my card when I specifically told them to charge EFT. I asked the man to refund and charge accordingly. Their response was it's too late and they don't know how to do it. A rude staff stepped behind the counter and immediately gave me attitude telling me it's automatic that funds go to credit and that it's my banks doing and they can't fix it. They were wrong! They didn't let me explain or talk. They raised their voice at me and told me I'm being video taped. They told me to leave and threw my cakes into a bag and turned them upside down on the counter. They were horrible just horrible. I strongly advise on people thinking twice about walking into this place.
