The Body Shop

Went to Body Shop Chatswood Westfield today and it was not a good experience at all! I understand its nearly closing time while I was searching for a gift to give to a friend when one of the saleslady (i wish i took her name down) approached me and my husband rudely saying "we are closing now, just come back next time"! Didn't even asked us if she can help us with anything. Obviously she is in a hurry to leave at 5:30 on the dot, because she must be miserable with her job there. This store has alot to learn about customer service.

This is a medium/small sized store stocking the usual range of body shop lotions, soaps and other toiletry items. Staff are helpful and the location is convenient, it is near one of the major entries to the center. My only complaint is they are always running out of deodorant. They say "this always happens" and I don't understand why they don't just order more! It seems like poor inventory management.
