Excellent service. I had a damaged QC20 took to repair through this store. The staff was able to accept my handset even they couldn't locate the serial number in their system. 3 weeks later I had received he repaired handset, suprisely they have replaced a brand new one for. Good on ya Bose sales & service team.
We just purchased an audio system from this shop and were really impressed with their service. They were very attentive and patient with our endless questions, and did not try to pressure us into buying anything. We did indeed return several times until we bought - we had pretty much known all along what we wanted, but the final decision to buy it from that particular shop was eventually made due to their friendly and knowledgeable service. It gives us the feeling that we should have any future problems, they'd look after us. We might have saved a few $$$ had we purchased elsewhere or online, but given the amount we spend, we felt we'd be safer with the Bose shop. It's been only a few days since we purchased, but we are also very happy with our new audio system.
