Botanica Brasserie is tucked away within the Sheraton Hotel, opposite Sydney's Hyde Park. The restaurant offers casual dining with gorgeous views across the park. There is a buffet with a range of options including fresh seafood for you to enjoy in this contemporary and relaxed setting.
Breakfast is available seven days a week from 6:30am-10:30am, Lunch from from noon until 3:30pm Monday to Saturday and from 11:30am-3pm on Sundays. Dinner is served every night from 6pm.

Simply perfect. Totally worth the drive down from Newcastle :) The food was sensational, the
setting was gorgeous and the service was the best we have ever experienced. We will be
going back again soon.
