The Boxing Room

I have been going to this fitness group for over a year now. They are fantastic, it really pushes my fitness level, helped me lose weight and tone up. They suit all ages, both my teenage daughter and I go, and there are many other older women along with the usual young ones.

These guys are great really encouraging and helpful. They even do private lessons for groups which is great if your a little shy or want to do group fitness with your friends. They welcome any fitness level to. Highly recommended if you wanna get fit for summer!
