The Brazilian Hut is a Fast Paced Waxing and Tanning Salon. Our services are performed by trained professionals to allow you to fit your waxing needs into your busy schedule. Waxing can be somewhat painful so there is no need to draw out the process. Our services are scheduled in 15 minute appointment times and it is no uncommon for you to be in and out within 6 minutes. So dont be surprised if you havent had time to say Rio De Djanero!
Please dont mistake our salons for day spas or for tranquil appointments, we provide upbeat, fun and welcoming environments, your welcome to stick around after your service to relax in our comfortable waiting areas and try our great products or jump onto our facebook or Instagram pages using the ipads insalon.

I actually dont like leaving a bad review on any business as I am a business owner myself but after leaving the Brazilian Hut Noosa today I am absolutely gobsmacked. The owner who is also the therapist is the most rudest and agressive therapist I have ever come across. She was running over 20 mins late so as I had another appointment to get to I asked her to only do my underarms and not the Brazilian. Her response was in 12 years she has never run late and I need to get over it. I told her I was not upset but I had another appointment to get to so I am happy to just do my underarms. I will not repeat her words back to me as I dont think it is appropriate to put on social media. Even though she did not charge me for her 2 mins of waxing, as she basically kicked me out I will never return to this salon again. Sorry but this was the worst form of customer service I have ever recievd. I dont normally write reviews but the lady that work in their is absolutely rude, disrespectful and has no clue when it comes to making the client feel like they are important.
We do guarantee our services so if you are unhappy with the development of a tan it is best to communicate with us via phone or email within 24 hours so that your skin can be assessed to ensure your concerns can be resolved immediately. Making a complaint about a spray tan 3 months ago or from over 1 month ago is not the correct complaints process. We will listen and take it on board and we can only then make general assumptions about your feedback based on our experience and advice.
