The Brazilian Hut

Very Good is Not good enough this was GREAT! I travel a lot through work so I go to places all over the world and this salon is by far the best! so fast, walk in and out so no need to sit in the waiting room. When I travel I cant see someone consistently so it does hurt if Ive left it a bit long between visits but its worth it and its great to have mature women working so they can talk on your level! Good job guys !

I went here for a wax in January, but have only now gotten around to writing a review. I had such an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience here that I feel it's important to leave a review, even if it's a few months later. People need to be warned before spending their money here.

I arrived on a very quiet day in early January and was served by a very unfriendly middle-aged woman (I only mention her age so that people can be forewarned if they choose to go here and end up having her wax them). So great! Always squeeze me in even late nights so quick for Brazilians! I go between Wilston Teneriffe and city as they are all ten minutes from each other helps as I'm always last minute!

The team at The Brazilian Hut are amazing! I highly highly recommend them! They are so knowledgeable about waxing and tanning and they give you such great info. My tans always last so long and they don't patch off! I had my first ever brazilian wax with The Brazilian Hut and it was over so quickly it was amazing! The girls are always so lovely no matter who is working. Definitely my go to place.

Avoid this place at all costs! Verbally abusive staff who don't listen to your needs and speak over the top of you. Very upset as I've been going here for years. With so many other excellent beauty salons which offer the same services with exceptional customer care you've got every reason to book else where. My complaint also fell on deaf ears and I've had no response after contacting the business directly. When a customer complains it is a golden opportunity to turn the complaint around and make things right by the customer. They have not done this and I am devastated. Book else where!
