The Briars Park

My 9 year old daughter encouraged a mum and daughter drive to The Briars, after having experienced the park by way of her school camp. So glad she suggested the day - What a pleasant place to spend a few hours. We dined together for lunch in Josephine's Restaurant for lunch., which was lovely because we were surrounded by local artists' work to view. The meal was delicious and reasonably priced. They allowed us to share a meal as we knew we would not get through a main each. The surrounding rolling landscape is a treat, as was watching the baby bunnies who were learning to come out of the nearby barn for some exploration. The staff were friendly and we will definitely look forward to our next outing to the Briars and Josephine's. My daughter has not stopped talking about it since. Two impressed patrons!
