Set in the gorgeous Tuscany Resort is the Broken Backbar, I cant say enough about this stunning place, actually stayed at the resort for two nights, and ate there both days. Excellent service from the staff, the food was to die for and was very well price, good amount of food for the money, their signature chips were amazing - soft in the middle and lovely and crispy on the outside - just like a chip should be. The Greek Salad was very filling, packet with fetta and olives, you can add your own dressing which is great for those who either don't want dressing, or who don't want a lot of dressing. Had a great range of wine available. Also did an amazing pizza selection :-)
Can not rate this business any higher then 5 stars which is a great shame they deserve more went there for Mothers Day on Saturday absolutely brilliant food pay for what you get and it was lush, table service was very good and views were breath taking with views of the Valley highly recommend this restaurant set in the Hunter Valley Wineries.
