We are a family owned and run butcher shop using our beef plus local lamb and pork. We make all our value-added items, ie sausages, chicken cordon/kievs, fetta & spinach mini chicken roasts, beef cordons, wellingtons, stirfrys, etc. We also smoke/cook all our own ham & bacon, silverside and sliced roast meats. We supply to the local hospital, aged care home, clubs & pubs, from Koolunga to Wilmington. We provide sponsorship in either monetary or voucher form plus discounts to all local and surrounding clubs or fundraising events in an effort to help them remain viable. Apart from locals, many of our customers come from Adelaide or surrounding districts as they know they will get high quality produce at a realistic price. We offer friendly service and always try to fulfil any request.
