The Carers

I'm not sure how they recruit staff or how they run their business but on both accounts the quality is questionable. For reasonable fear of reprisal my nephew has written this review on my behalf due to the way they handled (or failed to handle) a simple client request.i would recommend checking quality processes and adherence to government regulations before taking them on. Most of the staff appear to have no qualifications but are "sold" as qualified "carers". Or at least that is the impression. Buyer beware.
