The Cheesecake Shop

Cake was collected by a friend so the error was not noticed until at the function, cake did not have the personalised message I had paid for. It was my husband surprise 30th birthday. When I rang, the lady was extremely unapologetic and rude and that to get a refund I would have to drive the cake back 30 minutes as well as leaving my guests without dessert. When she put me on to the manager he unintellegently spoke at me and hung up the phone. When I called back the lady refused to put the manager back on the phone despite me insisting I had not understood a word he said. They basically ruined my function and I have escalated this to head office and further if necessary until I receive a refund for the incorrect cake.

I love the cakes, cheesecakes, apple pies, mudcakes, you name it. Can be bought in halves or full cakes. Can decorate to order if you give them notice. I have bought my daughters cakes from here and they did a lovely job and made it look yummy. Highly recommended for a last minute pickup for the BBQ or diner party.
