Nice cheese cake- but wish they had more of a range for unbaked cheescake a! Friendly staff

Got a profitrole cake from The Cheesecake shop in Maroubra. It looked really good. The shop management told me it had chocolate filling inside. In fact, it had very strong artificial strawberry taste. The filling was nothing like custard or whipped cream. Yuk. A total waste of $27. I'd rather use a cake mix to bake next time myself.

The rudest management and staff i have ever met.

As I want to get new birthday cake for my friend, and i had bought one the tiramisu cake, and the cake was lil bit hard, and i wanted to try mud chocolate cake which might be different one. Then i asked the staff to get me the new one instead on the display. And he said "those are the only one that we have, we don't have the new one" and I was silent, which the lady next to me got the new one and she was waiting for 15minutes. And i asked to speak the someone from the management and the management said " why you want get the new one ?" And i said " i had bought one and the tiramisu was different and i want to get mud chocolate but new ...read more

cake taste good. however customer service left me much to consider. I ordered and paid for a birthday cake. The shop told me to email the management the photo that I want to be printed on the cake, which I did. I called 2 days after, and the management told me that will check the next day. Next day came and no confirmation. Called the shop to confirm, but the management wasn't there and the staff asked me to leave a name. Offered my recipe number but didn't want it. I can only hope and pray that the management receive the image file. Otherwise I am going to have one very disappointed birthday child.
