When you begin training with us your age, gender or current physical condition really doesn't matter. Everyone begins with the basics, then naturally moves towards more advance techniques, you work at your own pace and training in CKD martial arts is anything BUT boring; its a high energy, fat burning, stress reducing super charged workout!
Our CKD martial arts training doesn't stop when you leave the dojo. It applies to all areas of your life, giving you greater confidence, self esteem and discipline. Most importantly, you will gain the awareness and the ability to protect yourself if you ever need it.

Professional Instructors will help you all the way as you start learning CKD martial arts with us at our fulltime martial art premises which opens daily at 9:30am Monday through to Saturday. "WE HAVE MOVED" 2 doors up to the next building on Riverway Drive, Thuringowa Central near Willows Shopping Centre Intersection and right opposite the Civic Theatre and Riverway Park public pool & lagoons.
