Very disappointing experience. Meals did not arrive. Completely lost people's orders, without even an apology. The staff were incredibly rude and there is no communication between the person doing the bookings and the evening staff. Booking was for outside due to a large group of mixed ages but once we turned up we were inside with not enough seats to accommodate the booking. Really displeased as i have been there in the past and never been treated so shabbily before. Will never go back again and have felt strongly enough to share the experience.
