From the classic Lemon Drizzle to the unique Purple Velvet, the cupcakes and cakePOPs are perfect treats to share with family, friends and colleagues. To create unique flavours for you, The Classic Cupcake Co uses only the finest ingredients: locally sourced free range eggs, natural vanilla from Madagascar and the world's most exquisite chocolate Callebaut, made from sustainably grown cocoa beans by the maitre chocolatiers of Belgium, and Willie's 100% Cacao, grown in Venezuela's cloud forest, then roasted and prepared by hand. The Classic Cupcake Co's flagship store in Mosman has a unique viewing window into the kitchen where customers can watch the bakers as they interpret the secret Victorian master recipes and create the constantly changing range of flavours.

Completely satisfied with my little takeaway cup cake and with the special order I placed for my mother's recent milestone birthday. Great to browse through the window, and always seems to be plenty of parking which turns over quite rapidly on Avenue Rd, even if you have to park a block or two away, there's always something nice to see as you walk
back up the gentle hill to this place. Fresh ingredients and beaut presentation and packaging, it really is cake heaven.
The group of young girls exiting the store with white paper hand in bag piqued my curiosity. From the corner where I stood, it was not clear what the store was and it wasn't until closer on approach that I discovered it was a cupcake shop. And a very lovely one at that with beautifully decorated cakes, cupcake supplies (think edible glitter, sprinkles, candles and more) and ice cream. The group of girls had just finished a cupcake decorating class and for us, it was time for a ferrero rocher ice cream.
As we walked into the shop, glitter filled the air, sparkles edible glitter... It was a fitting welcome to this magical cupcakery. Maple, red velvet, chocolate and vanilla, it is pretty difficult making decisions in this shop. They were holding a fun cake pop making class while we were in there and the group of 12 looked like they were having lots of fun.
A lovely cake shop with delightful cupcakes that you won't regret visiting! LOVE.. LOVE.. LOVE to Classic Cupcake Co! These cupcakes look and smell as lovely as they taste. Probably the most delicious cupcakes I have ever tasted. I really enjoy their service and all of the stuff they had! REALLY AMAZING! From all sorts of cupcakes, cake pops, or even cakes itself... they've got everything so wonderful! For that... REALLY NICE SERVICE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
