The Clean Plumber

Extremely unhappy with the service I received. A plumber was booked to attended our home to remove a kitchen tap and replace it with another. The plumber could not unscrew the fittings so decided to cut the hot an cold water mixers which broke a $3000 Italian tap and charged us $400 to do so. I could not believe it. I have since spoken with the suppliers and our usual plumber who both agree this is completely unacceptable and they clearly had no idea what they were doing. To make things worse the management at the office was very rude and supported what they did. The golden rule of the service community is you do not make things worse! Beware of this company I would not ever use them or recommend them to anyone.

VERY EXPENSIVE: I called these guys after hearing their avert on radio. Thought I'd call them for a blocked drain outside. Without even seeing it, they wanted $360 for the first hour. Needless to say, it promoted me to shop around. Found a local Plumber in the Penrith area who did the whole job for $170. Thats including the call out fee.

I was very pleased with their professional and freindly service. The plumber wore his clean boot covers inside and used a rubber work mat to place his tools on. Very impressive!
