Went there for a function on the weekend
One of our friends spent 6hours in hospital due to anaphylactic episode there reply at the club was well we carn't
garrentee our food not happy at all and
No remorse or compensation to the person involved.

5 of us had a wonderful time with a wonderful meal. The lady at the counter told us that the hot & cold seafood platter we ordered was huge & she was not joking. 3 of us tucked into 1 each & thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was so quick & polite. We would go back again that's for sure. Great value.

Being a local of Caroline Springs I feel compelled to write you to express my absolute dissatisfaction with my dining experience at your establishment on Sunday Jun 9th 2013. Having made a 6pm reservation for 6 including 2 children a few days earlier & with having my parents in town for the long weekend (I only see them 3-4 times a year due to distance) I was hoping for an enjoyable, relaxed meal at the least. We were on table 51 near the entrance to the outdoor play area. Being the second group into the dining room we first ordered 2 of the Kids Nuggets & Chips which came to the table quite fast. I was a little surprised though when the kids would not even eat them. I thought they were being fussy until I ate a Nugget, which was oily and had a foul taste. The Club is a hotel that while trying to be family orientated is just a hotel with a meals area attached. Poker machines ring out so a quiet family meal is not going to happen. It is slightly pricey but the meals are ok. Its not the sort of place l would go to on a regular basis but others might.

There is nothing special about this venue the food is not bad but it is well and truly over priced and the atmosphere of their dinig area is over shadowed by the continuous noise from the poker machines which share the same room in its open plan enviroment. as the night progressed (Friday) the noise of the poker machines was over taken by that of loiud patrons at the bar. If it is a drink and gamble you are after then by all means, but if you are out for a nice meal with suitable surroundings then this is not the place.
