Come and try Physie at The Coastal Club! It has lots of health benefits but most of all its FUN!!!Physical Culture or 'Physie' is a combination of dance, ballet, jazz and pilates. It is great for fitness, co-ordination, balance, posture and flexibility (as well as many other things!!) But most of all its FUN!!!
The Coastal Physie Club runs classes for girls 3-30yrs from Kincumber and Erina Fair. Come and try it out, the first class is FREE!!
