The Cobblers Last

So impressed!! The guys in there are really friendly, and passionate about their craft. I've just picked up my boots that I had worn to death- the back of the heel was worn down so badly on a slant I kept slipping! These guys built the heel back up and cleaned them up, they are like new shoes!! So worth every last cent. Very happy and highly recommended :)

John and Luke are very nice and friendly, they try to answer any questions you might have. They have done wonders for my Louboutins and other designer shoes. They are amazing, I highly recommend them!

I have been to see Luke at The Cobblers Last on two occasions now. He works there full-time and seems to pride himself on customer service, modesty, and a highly finished and perfect repair.



The work he did for me, on both occasions, was exceptional. As well as this, Luke is a very good communicator and I knew exactly what was happening and when. On my second visit the job was completed days earlier than expected and I received a courtesy text message explaining this. See below for the correspondence:

I have been to many Cobblers, and this service has exceeded the others by far. I will be taking some dying shoes to them to fix shortly.

Took my leather bag here to get repaired and they charged me less than they quoted (already a fair price) and when I asked for it to be ready before they said it wasn't a problem. Couldn't have asked for better service!
