We have been meaning to try The Codfather for years due to its awesome name.
Today we were really disappointed. The food was not only below average, it was bad. Overdone greasy chips, bland unpleasantly chewy potato scallops, inedible rubber calamari... I'm not fussy at all with food but it lacked almost anything appealing. To be fair, the prawn cutlets weren't bad and my Housemate loved the pineapple fritters. We both agree though that the $35 we spent was completely wasted. I think maybe they used to be good? Maybe new owners? Anyway, boo! Will not be choosing dinner based on witty puns any longer.
This has to be the best take away seafood i've had in a long time. It does help to call before you pickup your order, and it can be quite difficult to park on the side of the main road as spaces are limited. About the only gripe is that they do charge more than the average, but you do get what you pay for. Fantastic.
