The Coffee Club: Toombul

It's not the biggest Coffee Club but it's well managed and always clean. The coffee is great and the cakes are always fresh. Not really somewhere to wile away hours but definitely a good stop and refuel cafè.

Went for a coffee and snack with family. Coffee was good, I had a cookie which you can't really go wrong with and hubby had carrot cake. Only small issue was he asked for ice cream with it but none came, was sorted quick though so really not the end of the world. Also the wait for things wasn't long.

I had a very good experience at The Coffee Club Toombul yesterday. The food and coffees were very good. The staff was very patient with us-Mum and Gran and two little ones. The most impressive thing was the staff's honesty. They delivered 3coffees instead of two. Then a little while later a staff member came to us with cash, we were puzzled. They had checked their receipts and saw they had charged me for three not two and the cash was to rememburise us. Wow! What honesty!
I think they deserve many stars!!

People were nice enough, but for $5.10 I expect even a halfway decent mug of coffee. What I got was burnt tasting coffee with half the mug full of froth, not really a pleasant flat white. By the time I found the milk with my spoon, it looked like I had drunk a third of the cup.
