Food was good but very slow service and you'll finish your coffee long before your food arrives. Not really normal for coffee club. Staff seemed unfamiliar with working in a busy cafe and there didn't appear to be enough service staff. Little things like tables being wiped down was missed.
I have been coming to this coffee club for over 10 years and have becomng increasingly disenchanted in recent times. The carpets are filthy and the serving size of most meals has been dramatically reduced over the past year Quality has decreased while prices have increased.
The worst breakfast I have ever had, my partner and I ordered the Coffee Club Big breakfast and it was literally soaking in oil, I couldn't stomach much and filled multiple napkins trying to get off the oil. The staff were just quick to clear tables to get more people in with no "going the extra mile"
