The Coffee Club

I have been going to this Calamvale coffee club, at least once a week, since just after it opened so I have always been very happy with the service but this morning I have been let down. I ordered a thick shake and a coffee and was given a milk shake and a coffee. The one who took my order was one who has been working there for a long time and staff said I had ordered a milk shake. I know I didn't but staff was not prepared to give the customer the benefit of doubt. Staff insisted I pay the difference. My argument is "what has happened to the fact of the customer being right", which is what I have always been trained to do in retail. Especially someone who is a regular, you look after them. They are not the only coffee shop around so I think I should be looking else where for my weekly coffee.

Service was great, food was substandard. My eggs benedict, the eggs were hard, the sauce was sickly. And the bacon I think was microwaved. Not sure I'd be willing to pay 70 dollars for breakfast there any time soon!

My daughter however, did love her pancakes.

We often go to this Coffee Club, I find the owners and staff to be very helpful and polite. If I ever meet up with friends, this is our first choice. My kids LOVE the chocolate milkshakes, I personally enjoy the iced coffee and Latte.

The Coffee Club is a great place to meet people and have a coffee and food. The prices are good and the food and coffee are great. The location at the western entrance of the shopping centre makes it easy to find and park a car.
