We are Coffee Club VIP members. We have stopped going to the Redcliffe franchise because the coffee tastes terrible. Not so in other Coffee Club restaurants. Not sure why. Could it be the barista? T is a pty because the restaurant is nece and handy. But,,there you go.
Tried to order a coffee and was rudely told "go take a seat, it's table service" after waiting several minutes, another staff member grunted "um, your coffee is ready, we've called out 3/4 times now" service was absolutely disgusting and staff attitude needs adjusting.
